Burj Vista is a four-bedroom apartment on the Boulevard side of Downtown. The balcony looks straight at the Burj Khalifa and the fountain lake, and the same view runs through the living room and two of the bedrooms.

The living room has a long corner sofa facing the television, with the dining table for four at the window on green velvet chairs. The balcony is laid with grass and has a hanging chair; at night the tower and the fountains are the whole view.

Bedroom one has a king bed facing the window. Bedroom three is the green room with the same view. Bedroom four has two single beds and a timber wardrobe. Four bathrooms, and a guest toilet by the hall.

   On the Boulevard side of Downtown, with Dubai Mall about five minutes on foot and the Opera about ten.

   Floor-to-ceiling glass on the lake side. The living room and the Burj-facing bedrooms get the open view; curtains in every bedroom.
