The Links East is a one-bedroom apartment in The Views, the quiet district between the Greens and the golf club. The balcony looks down on the lake and across the low cream roofs of the Greens, with the Marina towers on the horizon.

The living room has a sofa under a chandelier, a television on the wall and a table for two by the window. The kitchen is a proper one: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender, with a washing machine in its own cupboard.

The bedroom has a king bed with a grey headboard, a dressing table and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

   Location

   In The Views, next to the Emirates Golf Club, with Dubai Marina and the Mall of the Emirates each about ten minutes by car.

   Tall windows on the lake side in both rooms. The balcony gets the open view over the Greens.

   Bed

   A king bed with a grey headboard. Blackout curtains to be confirmed with the client.

   Kitchen

   Hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and enough for a dinner for two. Washing machine in the kitchen cupboard.

   Someone from Five Keys meets you at the door with the keys and shows you the home.
